Safety Agreement
For your Safety,
At Topgolf, everyone’s safety is very important. All players must follow these rules as well as all other instructions Topgolf provide.
1. All players must hit from the mat at all times. No horseplay or running starts and only dispense one golf ball at a time. Crossing the yellow line or intentionally falling or pushing others into the nets is strictly prohibited.
2. Only the player hitting a ball may stand in front of the red line. All other players must stand behind the red line at all times. Players are responsible for their safety and the safety of those around them and must always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
3. Players must always wear suitable gear including but not limited to clothes and shoes to avoid slipping or falling while playing golf. In case of bad weather conditions, players may consider to wearing protective gear or stop playing golf.
4. Players must aim for the targets at all times. Hitting golf balls over the boundary nettings or aiming at the ball pickers is prohibited.
5. Players must ensure that all equipment, such as golf clubs, is in good condition and suitable for use to playing golf and is stored properly when not in use. Players should not leave equipment on the golf course or hitting area where it might cause accidents.
6. If the players have a Topgolf’s caddie or staff to guide through the game, be sure to follow their guidance. Their role is to help and maintain safety of the players throughout the game.
7. If an injury or incident occurs during the game, it should be reported immediately to Topgolf’s staff or management to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
8. Players may be responsible for any damages or injuries caused if the players do not follow Topgolf rules. Topgolf has a zero-tolerance approach to players for breaking Topgolf rules. Topgolf may also choose to stop gameplay, require players to leave the venue and/or suspend or revoke players membership, in that case, no refunds will be given.
9. The facilities provided by Topgolf have the necessary permits and comply with and are subject to the regulations that prevail in Indonesia. Topgolf asks the players to take good care of the facilities provided to help prevent any incidents during gameplay or within the Topgolf area.
These Forms of Safety Agreement are made in two language versions, namely Indonesian and English. In the event of any differences in interpretation or inconsistenceis between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail and be used as the reference.
By hitting “I ACCEPT”, I agree I have read and accept these terms for myself and any junior members (if any) in the bay, and that all players play at their own risk.
